In 2009, 192 companies from 14 countries took up 665 exhibition booths at the 28th Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair. For the 29th edition in 2010, 857 exhibition booths have been allocated, making it the biggest in the history of Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair.

For 2010, 857 exhibition booths have been taken up by exhibitors for the 29th Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair, acknowledged by the Malaysian Book of Records as the biggest book fair ever organised in Malaysia.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL KLIBF 2010 EXHIBITORS

• Booth set-up: 18 March 2010 (9.00am - 5.00pm)

• Please register yourself on 18 March 2010 at the KLIBF 2010 Secretariat Counter, Legar Putra, PWTC (near the main stage) to obtain the following:

  • KLIBF 2010 Entry Pass (2 passes per booth)
  • KLIBF 2010 Plastic Bags (1 pack of 500 pieces per booth)
  • KLIBF 2010 Launching Ceremony Invitation Card
    
  • KLIBF 2010 Dinner Invitation Card
    
    
• Exhibitors are invited to send a representative to attend the KLIBF 2010 Launching Ceremony on 20 March 2010 (Saturday), 9.00am at Tun Dr. Ismail Hall, PWTC. It will be officiated by Tan Sri Dato' Haji Muhyiddin bin Mohd Yassin, the Deputy Prime Minister & Education Minister of Malaysia.

Trade & Copyright Centre

A "Trade & Copyright Centre" is introduced for the first time, specially dedicated for local and foreign trade exhibitors and visitors to encourage exchanging of publishing and distribution rights.

A section of the Tun Razak Hall 2 is reserved for this purpose, and it is open during the 5 working days of KLIBF (Monday, March 22nd - Friday, March 26th).

Opening hours are from 10.00am to 7.00pm. Only trade visitors are allowed access to this Trade & Copyright Centre.
